Remove brake pads
Remove clip securing brake pipe/hose connection (1) and pad wear indicator cable (2) - note clip not shown

Loosen both caliper securing bolts (Top and Bottom as shown)
Support weight of caliper, remove bolts, rotate caliper upwards and swing caliper upwards and away from disc, carefully pulling brake pipe/hose connector clear of bracket
Support caliper on axle stand (for example)

Remove two brake disc hold down bolts (arrowed)using long 12mm socket, preferably 6 sided to ensure good grip (they round off very easily if you use a spanner)
Pull disc away from hub (may need to use wooden mallet or similar to free disc)
Replace brake disc with new standard item 46479532 for 20v turbo (around £105) or after-market replacements
Clean hub and disc (with meths) before fitting

Disc shown here is from Tarox Ltd (Red Dot) part no. XR27 and pads are semi-competition XF765 (w/o wear indicator)
Fit grooved/drilled discs correct way round !
Re-fit brake disc hold down bolts
Re-fit caliper back on to axle, making sure brake pipe & hose are not strained
Fit brake pads, pad spring and pins
Re-connect pad wear indicator (if fitted to new pads)
Re-fit brake pipe/hose connector clip
